Diana Digol has served as a regional analyst (long term observer) with the OSCE/ODIHR Limited Election Observation Mission (LEOM) for the 2009 Presidential election 2009 in Romania from 4 November to 12 December 2009. Supervised by the Head of the OSCE/ODIHR Limited Election Observation Mission, she was responsible for observing the entire election cycle, and gaining an in-depth understanding of the overall pre-election administrative procedures and campaign environment in area of deployment, contributing with an independent analysis of the pre-election environment, for inclusion in overall OSCE/ODIHR reporting.
