Curriculum vitae
Dr Zellner studied Sociology in Regensburg and received
his Dr.phil. from the Free University of Berlin for
a thesis on: Die Verhandlungen über Konventionelle
Streitkräfte in Europa unter besonderer Berücksichtigung
der neuen politischen Lage in Europa und der Rolle
der Bundesrepublik Deutschland. He is a former scientific
assistant to Ms. Katrin Fuchs, Member of the German
Bundestag.
